Compton Acres is open year-round, seven days a week, with seasonal garden closing times. Please note we are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day, and opening details may vary without prior notice.

General Information
Paid garden admission is not required to visit the Café and Tea Rooms, Plant Centre, Ticket Office Gift Shop, The Italian Pantry or Gifted Moments. Free parking is available for visitors.
Dogs
Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the gardens on a lead and in most areas of the café. Retractable leads are not permitted.
Accessibility
The gardens are wheelchair accessible, with step-free routes available throughout many areas. As a historic garden over 100 years old, some paths are narrow or steep and may require assistance from a companion; alternative routes are available where needed. Wheelchair maps are available from the Ticket Office. Please note that there is no wheelchair hire available on-site.
Accessible toilets
Accessible toilets are located at the Ticket Office, in the Café and Tea Rooms, and near Harbour View.
RHS members
As an RHS partner garden, members receive free garden admission for the named cardholder from 1 November to 31 March.
Photography
Professional photoshoots and group shoots are not permitted without prior written approval.
