Set along a winding path past the architectural planting and koi ponds of the Japanese Garden, The Summer House is a beautiful character cottage with all the space, privacy and stunning views you’d need for a relaxing break.
Inside, the property opens into a bright, open-plan living space with a vaulted ceiling and full glass elevation. A large wraparound balcony extends from the main living area, with elevated views across oak and pine canopies towards the waters of Poole Harbour.

The house is designed for comfort and flexibility, with space to unwind, dine and spend time together. Each bedroom has a calm, restful feel, and the principal bedroom includes an en suite bathroom. Guests staying at The Summer House can enjoy unlimited access to Compton Acres gardens during opening hours, along with convenient access to the Café and Tea Rooms for breakfast and lunch. Compton Acres also offers two gift shops, a well-stocked Plant Centre and The Italian Pantry, giving guests plenty to explore on site during their stay.
